WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
Warranty period is for all electronic Items for 1 year. Customer must hold warranty card to avail services required. Guarantee period is of 12 Months from the date of Installation with Parts and Labor. Customer will be provided with three free Services during the Guarantee Period. All the parts & products are covered under 1 year warranty except the plastic items.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT REACHES
Please write to Shrini Water Purifiers quoting your Customer Code and requesting for cancellation. Upon receiving your request we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that applicable transaction charges would be deducted.
